Our kids and youth work are an important part of LBC Birmingham, we want to see this younger generation have firm, solid foundations in Jesus. Our ceiling is our children’s floor – we want their journey’s with Jesus to be deep rooted, we want them to see the love of Christ and show it to others.
We offer a creche, kids work and youth work every Sunday morning. We offer a fun filled time where they are encouraged to develop a passion for God, through arts and crafts, games, stories and much more! The children lead the congregation in two of their worship songs, and then head over into KidzChurch.
In these groups they will learn more about that week's Story/Message with crafts and activities. On the first week of the month we share communion with the children and give opportunities for them to remember what it was Jesus did for them.
It's our Vision and heart to see children come and experience Jesus in a fun and exciting way...in an environment geared to them!
All our children's workers are Safeguard trained and enhanced DBS checked. On top of that, all workers are Christians and active members of Londonderry who are regularly visited by members of the leadership to ensure accountability and relationship.
